On March 5th, he specified a timeframe of 0900-1100. Despite arriving at 10:18, he efficiently assessed the issues with my carpets and deemed them easily fixable. He completed the job in just 42 minutes, concluding at 11:00, leaving my floors looking and smelling better than when we first moved in. Despite having four cats, two dogs, and one rabbit, he utilized pet-safe products that left the carpets immaculate. Thanks to his consistent communication and reliability, it is now impossible to discern that I have any animals at all.
