Individualized and private yoga instruction is offered to students of all ages and abilities. Having worked as a full-time yoga instructor for over six years in New York City, I am now based in Encinitas. My clients range from 98-year-old women practicing chair yoga to beginners with chronic pain as well as seasoned yogis seeking to enhance their practice through personalized instruction. I adopt a therapeutic approach to healing and strengthening the body through mindful movement, combining breath and body awareness, asana, meditation, and deep rest to create a nourishing space for students to cultivate self-love and care.
