I began my training journey with Taylor at Lifetime Fitness, and after that, we continued to work out together at my home for four years. Taylor's workouts are a source of pleasure for me; she fosters a positive environment and acknowledges that it can be a challenge to stick to a workout routine. I have also taken part in her Pilates classes, which are more difficult than they appear. Combining her exercise routines with nutrition coaching is a wonderful idea.
