Meet Danny Tarpley, the President of the Georgia Professional Tennis Association (GPTA) and an independent tennis professional serving the Marietta to Alpharetta, GA area. With his GPTCA Level-A certification, USPTA Elite Pro and Etchenberry Sports Trainer certification, Danny offers a wealth of seasoned experience to players of all levels, having taught both beginners and top 10 players in the world. As the ONLY ATP Master Professional in Atlanta and former Director of Tennis at the Concourse Athletic Club, Danny is a USTA 5.0+ and ALTA AA-2 player and former touring professional who has coached numerous City Championship teams for both ALTA and USTA.

Danny's teaching philosophy focuses on proper footwork, court positioning, point of contact and strategy, teaching you how to succeed and win in the game of a lifetime. He offers private, semi-private, private group, and team coaching at his lesson pricing of $70 an hour for a private lesson, $75 an hour for a Semi-Private, and $25 per person for group and team lessons with a maximum of 8 people. He offers series of lessons, with 6 lessons paid up-front at 10% off ($378) and 10 lessons paid up-front at 15% off ($595). Gift certificates are also available for purchase.

Danny boasts 25 years of experience as a club owner and Director of Tennis, has been a coach for 10 top 100 ATP/WTA world-ranked players, and is a USTA Junior Davis Cup Coach, USTA area training center head coach for Southwest & Southern Division, as well as an author, and state and national speaker. He also sells tennis supplies from all major manufacturers, string rackets, and accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Venmo, and Zelle. Danny is looking forward to working with you.
