Since 2009, I've been instrumental in the fitness and performance journey of many individuals. Holding both an MS in Exercise Science with a focus on Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention from Cal U of PA and a BS in Health Education from The University of Cincinnati, I have credible knowledge in the field. Furthermore, I have acquired certifications from The National Academy of Sports Medicine and USA Weightlifting, adding to my credentials.

As a published author in various fitness websites and a seasoned athlete in Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting, I have the experience to help people achieve their fitness goals.
