Along with her experience as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestra player, Taisiya has received a masters degree in music performance from Jacobs School of Music and is currently a doctorate candidate at Boston University.

As an adult beginner, I embarked on a journey to learn how to play the violin during the Covid era through online instructions. Luckily, I came across the remarkable Taisiya who is an incredibly skilled and experienced professional violinist and violist. For the past eight months, Taisiya has been providing me with exceptional violin lessons in the comfort of my own home. I am pleased to say that I have witnessed a significant improvement in my playing ability, thanks to her guidance and patience. Additionally, Taisiya has accommodated my work schedule, making it possible for me to learn the violin without any hassle.
Recently, Taisiya gave me the chance to try out four different bows at home until we found the one that suited me perfectly and sounded great on my violin. This is just one example of how she goes above and beyond for her students.
The violin may be a challenging instrument to master, but Taisiya's teaching style makes it an enjoyable experience. I always look forward to her lessons, knowing that I will receive her encouragement and expertise. Thank you, Taisiya, for everything.
