Lexi Born, a Superstar Top Pro of Tails and Trails, has shown genuine affection for our furry pet pup Kai since day one. She sat with him on the floor and cuddled him warmly. The digital records of walking time in and out of the house were accurate and the auto bank charge on Mondays made payment hassle-free. Tails and Trails deserves the best customer review with their awesome administration and zero surprises. The daily photo and walk reports were terrific, and we will definitely continue with Lexi after the Thanksgiving holidays. She pays attention to detail such as wiping Kai's feet off before entering the house. She is also flexible and sends text message notices prior to her arrival for her services. The manner in which Jeff interacts with my dog is simply amazing. Tinker, my dog, tends to be quite sensitive and a bit shy when it comes to meeting new individuals, but Jeff possesses exceptional ability in pacifying and soothing Tinker, making their walks together extremely enjoyable. Since the beginning of January 2014, Jeff from Dog Gone Walking has been taking Simon, our standard poodle, for walks five days a week. Beforehand, Jeff and his wife Jaimee met with us and Simon to ensure that we all got along well. From the start, we felt comfortable with them and noticed that Simon did too. He has grown more confident since Jeff began walking him regularly, which is especially impressive since Simon can sometimes be shy and nervous. What we appreciate most about Jeff's service is the communication he provides. Whenever he starts a walk, he scans a barcode that sends us an email notifying us that Simon is being taken care of. At the end of each walk, we receive another email with details of what happened, as well as fun photos sometimes. Furthermore, Jeff sends us a text if he has any concerns about Simon, which we sincerely appreciate. Overall, we trust Jeff and Dog Gone Walking to take great care of Simon. We feel at ease knowing that Simon is in good hands and that we have someone trustworthy to turn to when we need him. What an amazing experience! From my first meeting with Jeff, to Sarah who walked my dogs, the scanner that kept me updated on when their walks began and ended, and the detailed daily reports complete with photos and anecdotes. With an understanding and appreciation for dogs, our neighborhood is both welcoming and accommodating to our four-legged friends. My German Shepherd puppy thoroughly enjoys her daily walks and has readily accepted the friendly and knowledgeable dog walkers.
