Prior to discovering Susan, I had always relied on friends or family members to care for my two beloved lovebirds during my absences. However, after my recent experience with Susan, I could not be more pleased and relieved. Her coordination was impeccable, and she remained very attentive and communicative throughout each visit. As a result of my illness, I have been unable to maintain my "little" dog Billie's walk/run schedule as she requires. Consequently, she gained a few pounds and became even more despondent than myself. This was heart-wrenching as she was not the cheerful and active dog that I knew. However, my luck turned when I stumbled upon Susan. Within a week of working with Susan, Billie's joyful demeanor returned! Despite trying multiple dog walkers and medications over a year, Susan's approach is simply magical. Billie is currently happier than ever, thanks to Susan's punctuality, beaming smile, and careful preparation. Consequently, Billie is often waiting eagerly by the door for Susan, and she has already shed the excess weight and returned to her skinny jeans! Susan took excellent care of our cat Kiki and maintained effective communication throughout our trip. Unlike other times we have left Kiki in someone else's care, she seemed comfortable and happy upon our return. Discovering Susan was a great find for us, and we highly recommend her services.

At a moment's notice, Susan Wolfe visited to acquaint with Sensei and inspect the arrangements. Susan's congenial personality and amiability made the collaboration enjoyable. Whilst away, receiving snapshots of Sensei and being informed that he was in adoring, nurturing hands brought immense relief. From here on out, Susan will be my primary go-to cat sitter.
