It's the one time of day where everyone pauses what they're doing to indulge in a delicious dish together, creating a strong sense of camaraderie that I try to replicate in all my cooking.
There's something incredibly satisfying about seeing a recipe come to life, from a mere idea to a perfectly plated dish. But what truly gives me the greatest pleasure is witnessing the contentment on a client's face after taking a bite of one of my creations.
