Tim is extremely knowledgeable. After reaching out to a few local pool companies and private owners for quotes on a new pool liner, we found that Tim's offer was the most reasonable. He didn't attempt to sell us anything we didn't require and he collaborated with us to secure the best deal for our needs. Wow!! He did an amazing job. He was extremely meticulous and provided detailed explanations. It's uncommon for pool repairs to be done within a couple of days, but he managed to make it happen. Even though the task was more complicated than anticipated, he was able to complete it efficiently. I'll undoubtedly contact him again.

Tim contacted me to inspect the faulty heater. During the visit, he shared a detailed plan, which involved him revisiting the next day. However, he failed to keep his word and did not even respond to my messages. Perhaps, he wasn't interested in the job, but ignoring communication is not a professional conduct.
