Chef Hooker is truly exceptional - his food was nothing short of amazing, and he crafted everything from scratch. He even brought along utensils and took care of all the cleaning up before leaving. Aside from his obvious professionalism, he was also incredibly personable - we had a wonderful time chatting and sharing some laughs. It's not often you come across someone like him who's willing to travel to you - we live in a very remote area, but he made the effort to provide us with a truly unforgettable anniversary celebration. Chef T.L. was hired by me to prepare a celebratory anniversary dinner, and his culinary expertise made the evening truly special and unforgettable! The only challenge was finding a chef who could accommodate their dietary preferences, and who was affordable and attentive to their needs. Fortunately, T.L. was a lifesaver! He made the process simple and was incredibly responsive and patient throughout my transaction. This review is difficult to begin because it was our first time hiring a personal chef. I wasn't sure where to start with menu planning and found it overwhelming when a different chef offered some options but never got back to me. However, I kept getting alerts that included Chef TL Hooker's information, so I decided to reach out to him for assistance. All I had to do was give him an address and payment, which was a relief since I live six hours away and had to trust his judgement. I explained that this was for an anniversary dinner and I wanted it to be special, and he kept in contact with me throughout the process. He was patient with me and made sure I understood the food items he was recommending. He was punctual and came fully prepared, even sanitizing the kitchen area before beginning. He was professional, neat, and clean. The food he provided was exceptional and surpassed our expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to see that he had even brought his own dishes. I would highly recommend Chef TL Hooker for any event, even at the last minute like we had to do when we had an iodine reaction and had to change the menu. He gave us several options to choose from, and we were very pleased with the sea bass we ended up selecting. He exceeded our expectations, and this was an experience I would gladly come back six hours to have again - as long as Chef TL Hooker is our chef.
