The company truly exceeded expectations! Despite several changes in schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, they were accommodating. They went as far as relocating us from a challenging-to-access third-floor unit. The team, including Paul and another individual whose name I can't recall, were outstandingly professional and impressive. They were definitely worth the investment. In fact, we're planning to use them again when we move into our new home in six months! Even more impressive is that the cost includes furniture wrap and moving blankets!

With short notice, Switchback provided me with assistance. They handled my furniture carefully, treating each piece as if it were their own. Their punctuality was impeccable, as they arrived on time and wrapped every item before transporting it to my home. Their services even included taking away my old mattress and box springs when moving a bed. If you have any moving requirements, I highly recommend them!

We realized at the last minute that we required assistance with our bulky furniture and yard items, but we were able to book the service less than 12 hours before the move. The movers were prompt, meticulous while wrapping and securing all items to prevent any damages, and accommodating to our requests. They disassembled and reassembled the beds and took care of everything we needed. With a price of $100/hour for 2 movers and a truck, which was a great deal, we gladly gave them a substantial tip as they were young entrepreneurs. Their professionalism, politeness, and ease of working with were top-notch, and we would readily recommend and use their service again. A+ service!
