Swing and Sway Ballroom

Greetings and thank you for stopping by my profile! Liza here, a ballroom dancer with over ten years of competitive training and two years of experience instructing both in a franchised studio and independently.

I offer instruction for all standard ballroom dance styles: international Latin (cha cha, rumba, samba, jive, paso doble); international ballroom (waltz, tango, foxtrot, quickstep, viennese waltz); American rhythm (cha cha, rumba, mambo, swing, bolero); and American smooth (waltz, tango, foxtrot, viennese waltz). I also teach salsa and bachata.

My expertise lies with beginner and intermediate students, both male and female, as well as with couples. Additionally, I am available for group classes. My primary aim is to help students fulfill their objectives, whether they want to prepare for their first dance at their wedding (congrats!), gain confidence, or simply have a good time. Each lesson is targeted towards being both informative and entertaining, and I first ask about your goals for the day's session.

Generally, I am available during weekday evenings, most Fridays, and weekends. It's my preference to come to you, but alternative or virtual arrangements are feasible.

As my profile's relatively new, I'm giving a discounted rate for the first month, which is to conclude no later than February 20th.
