In order to provide the most accurate pricing, please provide the square footage of your home. Please note that cleaning baseboards, trim work, window trim and walls will incur additional charges. We do offer discounts for weekly and bi-weekly cleanings. The first cleaning will be charged at standard rates and follow-up cleanings will be discounted. We also offer carpet cleaning using shampooing techniques, however, we request that all furniture and debris be removed prior to service. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

The housekeeping service provided by Swiney is exceptional! The staff, composed of extremely friendly and polite ladies, engaged in thorough deep cleaning of the entire house, and the results were impressive. Yakira's work on our carpets was truly remarkable. She brought them back to life and exceeded our expectations.
