Hello! My name is Phaedra and I specialize in mobile swimming instruction and pool operation. I can come directly to you and offer advice on pool maintenance. Located in the DMV, I can travel up to 60 miles, including Baltimore City and County, as well as Carroll, Frederick, Montgomery, Howard, Anne Arundel, and Prince George's Counties.
My goal is to deliver a safe, enjoyable, and professional swimming experience that shows progress after just one lesson. I take the time to understand each swimmer's strengths and challenges in the water, and I use these insights to build individualized instruction focused on confidence and control.

Lessons typically last 30 minutes for children under 5 and 45 minutes to an hour for those 6 and up. I prefer working one-on-one to ensure fundamental skills are mastered before moving on to the next level, but also offer semi-private and group lessons. My curriculum emphasizes critical skills like breathing control, floating, kicking, coordination, jumping, front and back swimming, and water entry/exit, with lessons personalized to suit your needs.

We had three children, each with varying skill levels. Miss P successfully taught each child individually. One child was more comfortable in the water, another enjoyed jumping in, and the third could swim laps. Miss P is a truthful instructor.
