For more than a decade, I have dedicated myself to educating and mentoring individuals in Health Physical Education in the metropolitan Atlanta region. I have amassed six years of experience teaching swim lessons, coaching basketball, volleyball, and track for K-12 students, and three years of personal training. My clients and learners consistently exhibit favorable outcomes in both gym and pool settings.
