I've attempted to contact companies that are unresponsive, give only one response and then seem to forget about you or are not genuinely interested in doing business. Even if they have reasons for being preoccupied, it doesn't make the consumer feel good.
However, I was thoroughly impressed by Sonoran Sun Solutions' professionalism, timeliness and kindness. I reached out to them and, in a matter of weeks, my sun shades were already installed. My home's temperature has notably decreased and its exterior aesthetics have been enhanced.
The entire team, including the window cleaner and sun shade installer, were incredibly courteous. Nonetheless, I want to especially commend their Office Manager, JackLyn, for repeatedly responding to my inquiries and going beyond the call of duty to assist me throughout the whole process.
If you're thinking about installing sun shades, you won't go wrong with Sonoran Sun Solutions. I strongly recommend them.

I highly recommend Michael's services! He skillfully completed the job of fixing the issues left behind by the previous sun screen installer. Additionally, he painstakingly adjusted all of the screens so that they were positioned optimally for maximum efficiency. I was impressed to know that they offer a yearly screen inspection and cleaning service for both windows and screens. I will certainly be contacting them when the time comes.
