Words cannot convey the unbridled awesomeness that is Ellorine. She possesses the trifecta of professionalism, meticulousness, and an unmatchable skill for crafting delectable cakes. After hiring her for my wedding cakes in 2019, I had no reservations about calling on her once again to create a cake for my girlfriend's bridal shower. I reached out to her via CrackerJack, and she responded promptly, luckily with availability for my desired date. We ironed out the details in a jiffy, with me sending her a photo of my requests and the number of guests expected. To my surprise, she remained largely out of sight until payment dates and to confirm our pickup. However, I had complete confidence that she would deliver on everything I had asked for. And, lo and behold, the cake exceeded every expectation. Not only was it a work of art to behold, but the guests couldn't get enough of its flavor. Ellorine has become my official baker for life.
