The entire decoration was ruined by her lack of attention to detail. Despite providing her with a shimmer wall decoration, she failed to execute it effectively. Moreover, I had paid for an LED Happy Birthday sign board to be placed on the shimmer wall, but she neglected to include it. I offered her a $100 compensation for her mistake, which she refused. We had also requested her to create chair covers at a cost per chair and brought along a 10-year-old assistant, but they were unable to complete the task to our satisfaction. We ended up doing it ourselves, incurring additional expenses. The decoration was meant to be completed by midnight, but it was unfinished even at 12:45 am. Despite her hard work, we were dissatisfied with the end result.

Before the event, Carmen was prompt in her responses and made several follow-ups. The 10ftx15ft Balloon arches were magnificent and added a lively and celebratory touch to the room. However, it did take nearly seven hours for Carmen to set up both the arches and balloon bunches, which was unexpected but ultimately worth it for the impressive final product. I would certainly enlist Sweet Cravings' services for any future balloon requirements.
