SWAP Exterminators' representative, Carlos, promptly responded to my inquiry and was able to attend to my cockroach problem today, November 22nd. His professionalism stood out as he explained the chemical treatment he employed, which I found helpful despite not having a pet. I am especially grateful for the care he took in eliminating roaches from all the closets and crevices where they could potentially be hiding. I am hopeful that the treatment will keep the pests away for a significant period of time. Additionally, Carlos provided extra roach bait traps to keep any unwelcome visitors out, for which I am thankful. Thank you, Carlos!
