The personal training sessions held in the comfort of my home are progressing smoothly. Daniel, the trainer, exudes a remarkable degree of compassion and prudence. In order to challenge us based on our respective abilities, he tailors our workouts accordingly for me and my teenage daughter when we engage in a shared workout. Besides our own equipment, he additionally provides us with ropes and kettlebells to enable us to confront more rigorous workouts.
