Wow, where do I even begin? My sister and I found ourselves in a bind, needing hair and makeup services for a formal event on short notice. Fortunately, Suzanne was in constant communication with us throughout the week leading up to the event and focused primarily on our hair arrangements. On the day of the event, Suzanne arrived promptly and despite having to work in less than ideal conditions - my sister's kitchen - she pulled off amazing looks for both of us. She nailed our beauty preferences with ease, giving me vibrant, colorful eyes and styling my hair in a trendy bubble braid. Meanwhile, my sister went for a natural, simplistic look which suited her personality perfectly. Thanks to Suzanne's use of top-quality cosmetics and impressive range of tools and brushes, our hair and makeup looked flawless all night long. She even provided us with some lipstick in foil so that we could touch up our look towards the end of the evening. Throughout the four hours we spent together, we thoroughly enjoyed Suzanne's relaxed, friendly approach and attitude. It was a pleasure spending time with her and we both received compliments on our stunning hair and makeup throughout the entire event. Suffice to say; we would love to have the opportunity to work with her again!

Suzanne is a professional with a strong focus on work, delivering high-quality outcomes efficiently. Even though I do not normally do makeup or hair styling, I was impressed by the attention to detail she displayed while perfecting my look for my wedding and photos. Suzanne takes the time to understand your personal look, hair type, facial features and tailors her work to your specific requirements. During my bridal trial, I requested a heavier makeup look, tried on false lashes, and opted for a more western-style appearance. I also chose to wear a low chignon. This was followed by a photoshoot where a heavier look was more suitable for the lighting. However, after an hour, my bun came loose and I preferred a more natural look for my actual ceremony. Suzanne was highly responsive to feedback and made time to discuss the details with me. When I asked for a smaller bun and some slight makeup changes, she offered me a free second trial to ensure that I was satisfied with the result. While I was pleased with the outcome of the second trial, my bun still came loose because my hair was too short for the style. On my wedding day, Suzanne made all necessary minor adjustments to achieve a more natural Korean-style look. We decided to go with a half up-do instead of a chignon due to the length of my hair. Overall, I was thrilled with the final result and would not hesitate to hire Suzanne again for future events.
