I graduated top of my class from The National Holistic Institute, a distinguished massage school in the Bay Area. My specialties include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Prenatal Massage. My office, located in the Flagstaff Clinic of Naturopathic Clinic, provides a tranquil setting downtown with free parking.
Hypnotherapy
I have studied the art of Hypnotherapy for over 20 years and have been professionally practicing for over a decade. My certification in Hypnotherapy comes from the HCH School of Psychospiritual Studies, and I have also undergone advanced training in the Emotional Freedom Technique. My focus areas include anxiety, weight loss, breaking addictions, coping with past traumas, relationship issues, self-confidence, negative thought patterns, and achieving personal goals.
I use various methods to help my clients achieve success quickly, including EFT and personalized audio recordings from our sessions. Furthermore, I place great emphasis on equipping my clients with the tools and techniques they need to feel empowered and thrive in all aspects of their lives.
