After my laptop fell from a coffee table, the WiFi stopped functioning properly. Despite briefly regaining a connection, it remained weak and frequently disconnected. Out of the available options, I chose Logan, leaving my laptop with him in the morning and collecting it in the afternoon. He diagnosed the issue, fixed the problem with the antenna wires and ensured that it now runs without delay, which was crucial. He promptly responded to my initial inquiry and subsequent communication as well. Although I didn't require it, I appreciate the convenience of him being able to offer in-home repairs.
