Chef Janay crafted a superb four-course menu for my birthday celebration with three companions, and it proved to be an extraordinary experience. Chef Janay is truly remarkable! Right from the start, you can sense her exceptional personality and her genuine love for the cuisine that she prepared for us. Chef Janay was superlative in her communication and showed a high degree of professionalism. The food she served was divine, and my companions and I relished every single bite! Absolutely everything was scrumptious. I still can't get over the outstanding fried devil eggs and salmon stuffed with crab! If I ever find myself returning to Portland, I will undoubtedly reach out to Chef Janay. Thank you immensely for everything!

The birthday party for my husband was made even more special with the addition of a personal chef. Janay was exceptional in fulfilling my request for a vegetarian menu, and graciously incorporated any alterations I suggested.
