ID Verification

Our community is built on the principles of trust and safety. Therefore, to create a Pro account you will need to provide some personal information. If we are not able to verify that information, we may ask you to submit an additional identity verification document.

Additional ID verification may be required to:

• Prevent identity fraud such as creating a fake account with your personal data.
• Recover account due to hacking.
• Ensure user is above 18 years of age.
• Comply with applicable laws and policies.

Accepted forms of ID:

• Passport
• Passport card
• Driver’s license
• State-issued ID card
• Resident permit ID/US Green Card

The uploaded file must be:

• a color image (8,000 pixels by 8,000 pixels or smaller);
• 10 MB or less; and
• in JPG or PNG format.
