To delete your account:
- Click on your profile picture.
- Click Settings.
- Click Security.
- Scroll down to the Delete Account section.
- Click Delete. Enter you credentials and click Delete My Account.
Please note that this action is irreversible. Before you initiate this process, make sure you have retrieved any significant files or information from your orders and messages.
- Your email and phone number cannot be used twice; it is not possible to create another account with the same credentials.
- You cannot delete an account when you have funds pending. Before the account can be deleted, you must wait until these funds are withdrawn via your payout method.
