I cannot emphasize enough how exceptional the Superior crew is! As a newcomer to a house with a moldy shower in a bathroom older than 20 years, I needed a complete renovation. They provided the best estimate and were quick to come out and see me (their owner, Mike, even provided an on-the-spot quote!). Although we had a delay starting due to the largest winter in decades, I remained calm and patient. My goal was to have a stunning bathroom at the end, and tantrums would not accomplish that. From late January to mid-March, we worked on the project despite various obstacles, such as snow days and electrical complications. Jan, the office manager, kept me updated through texts and calls, while Byron, the primary contractor for my project, was very responsive. Their team had specific experts for each task, instead of just one person. Working from home, I saw them each morning and afternoon. They checked in with me daily and communicated openly with me. They showed tremendous attention to detail and pride in their work, explaining their thought process and execution through different steps. As a psychologist, I appreciated their approach and passion greatly. Despite my initial error in choosing overly complex tiles for the project, compromising the budget, they still helped me stay within it. Occasionally, they threw in a product or process after initially agreeing to it, for which I am extremely grateful. They're in the business not just to pay the bills but also to take pride in their work, as they demonstrated each day. Although I was initially afraid of negative renovation stories, my experience with the Superior crew was positive, respectful towards my home and finances, as well as towards my family's peace of mind. In the end, their work was simply marvelous! My kids think our bathroom is the best space in the house, posing for selfies without getting undressed! I will never look for another crew for my home projects.

Dealing with Matthew was a pleasure. It's not often that you come across a young, dedicated, and skilled plumber like him. After experiencing his exceptional service, I have decided to make him my permanent choice for any plumbing needs.

The workers were extremely pleasant. The task ended up being more challenging than initially thought, and their presence was required for a longer duration than planned. Despite this setback, they persevered until the project was completed. I was truly grateful for their outstanding work ethic and optimistic demeanor!

I tried contacting around 10 companies through Home Advisor but only received a single call back. However, when I switched to CrackerJack site, both Superior Drain Service and Home Repair didn't disappoint as they called, texted, sent a tech and also completed the repairs on the same day. That, to me, is what excellent service looks like.

At 10am on Friday, I sent a message inquiring about installing a water line for my fridge. Within 10 minutes, Jan called me and arranged for a technician to visit me by 1pm on the same day. I was pleased with the work done by the technician, who even stopped at Home Depot en route and was finished within an hour. As they had some spare time, I asked them to check my leaky garbage disposal. They promptly got a new one from Home Depot and replaced it within an hour, and everything worked perfectly. I'm overall satisfied with their excellent service, and will contact them again in case of any future plumbing issues.
