Their work was impressive. However, it would have been beneficial if they provided their expert opinion to identify areas that needed extra attention and special care, and offered the opportunity to include that additional treatment during the initial cleaning. I had failed to notice a specific spot with subtle paint residue due to the extent of dirt on my cement. After their thorough cleaning, that spot became more visible. Unfortunately, treating it separately would cost $250, while addressing it during the initial visit would have only been a $70 addition. It is recommended that customers discuss with the cleaners beforehand if they would be able to spot and treat such areas during the service. Despite this issue, they arrived on schedule, performed excellently, and I am satisfied with the overall result.
