After receiving a quote from Rodolpho through CrackerJack, I messaged him to ask if he wanted to come and view the project, but unfortunately, I never received a response. He promised to call me, but once again, that didn't happen. Shockingly, there was no phone number available for him on CrackerJack. The lack of communication was terrible, and I was unable to delete my review, as CrackerJack doesn't allow it. Upon further investigation, I discovered that Rodolpho's phone number was actually listed as a phone icon in the "Send" box on the website. This is an extremely poor website design error and had nothing to do with Sunrise Pro. I apologize for any confusion I may have caused, and it turns out that Rodolpho is quite an honorable contractor, and I have since hired him for the project.
