Choosing Sunrise Exterior Inc for the installation of the new roof on my house was a decision I am thrilled with. It was my first time replacing a roof and the owner, Juan, provided me with a thorough education of the process. The company delivered on their promise of being efficient, obtaining the permit from the town in less than two weeks. On the day of the installation, they arrived bright and early and covered all the plants and deck with tarps. They were ready to go by the time the dumpster arrived and within a single day, had removed the old roof and installed a new one. They made sure to clean up all debris the same day and even checked the next morning for any remaining debris or nails. During the removal of the old gutters, some of the facial boards were discovered to be rotten and had to be replaced. They also painted and replaced the newly installed facial boards and took care to ensure that no paint landed on the brick walls and deck. The installation of the new gutters was also handled efficiently and professionally by a team of two. My new roof looks fantastic! Though Sunrise Exterior's quote was on the high end compared to others, it was still a competitive price and well worth the investment. He even showed me existing roof pictures along with three different material levels available. Juan was never pushy or hasty during our meetings, and there were no sales gimmicks. He dealt with all my concerns and queries professionally. I was nervous as it was the largest project for my house, but Juan's crew showed up on time, fluent, and used safety gear. They protected my plants and shrubbery with tarps and even moved my deck furniture out of harm's way. They cleaned everything including the front walk, deck, and driveway with a leaf blower, leaving it pristine.
