At short notice, Mr. Yutzy was remarkably cooperative, visiting my residence to inspect a spot on my roof where water had seeped in after the recent hurricane. Unlike others I had contacted, who were either overbooked for weeks or failed to keep their appointments, he promptly arrived and even sent me before-and-after photos of the affected areas as I was at work while he worked on the issue. Of course, the ultimate verdict will be revealed during the next storm, but I am assured it will endure. I might even consider hiring him to replace my roof in the future.
