UPDATE: Martin promptly addressed and resolved all the issues we were encountering at no cost. We were grateful for the consistent follow-up and determination to rectify the situation. We caution against employing Sunbird's services for outdoor paint or stain projects, unless you're willing to incur the expense of hiring someone else to fix their work. While the staff was polite, their evident lack of experience in painting and staining porches resulted in poor-quality execution. We're facing the expense of having to pay someone else to rectify their work, which is disheartening, as we spent a significant amount to install and have our porches painted/stained. The finish is uneven, with some parts appearing caked on and others not fully coated. Our back stairs started peeling within just two days, and the project took close to a month to complete with minimal communication and unpredictable visits. We're now responsible for additional expenses on top of the amount already paid to this company. Our negative experience leads us to advise against using Sunbird for any outdoor painting projects. It's worth noting that the roof cleaning involved blowing debris onto our yard and still-wet porches after painting. Additionally, they failed to check the gutters and left a mess behind.

Our Christmas lights were put up and taken down by Sunbird at an amazing price, and we were thrilled with the outcome. The lights looked stunning! Their responses were prompt, and they arrived on time as promised. We couldn't have wished for a better experience!

The gutters cleaning done by Sunbird was excellent. They responded promptly and completed the job on the same day while staying in contact via phone until they arrived at our house. Jose ensured that there was no mess left behind and diligently removed any unwanted leaves or debris. We appreciate their effort and will definitely avail their services in the future!

They were prompt in their response, cordial, and performed exceptionally well with reasonable pricing. In addition, they surpassed expectations by thoroughly eliminating the pine needles from the paths! I strongly endorse their services.
