When Ray was originally called out to assess two windows that wouldn't stay open, he exceeded expectations by examining every window and providing clear explanations for the malfunctions. In the end, he repaired almost all of the windows to great satisfaction. The pricing was fantastic and everything went according to plan. Overall, a wonderful experience.
