The installation of the new garage door opener brought the total to over $1237, and I was taken aback by the $25 per repair charge in the fine print of the contract that was not discussed. I still highly recommend Charlie for their exceptional work, but it's important for customers to be aware of pricing and contract details before committing to their services.
