I informed the operator about my requirement for 3 keyless deadbolts to be installed in wood doors. However, during the installation a few days later, the installer arrived without the necessary materials and assumed that I had them. This lack of clarity could have been easily prevented if addressed during the initial phone conversation. The installer assured me that they will order the required parts and called back for the installation. Unfortunately, it has now been over a week and I am still waiting for their response. Their customer service and communication have been extremely disappointing.
