Rafael was exceptional and we would gladly collaborate with him again. His pricing was reasonable compared to other estimates we received, and what set him apart was his previous experience with cabinetry and odd jobs. When I requested that he switch out the ceiling fan lights and curtain rails for us, he readily agreed without fuss. We adjusted the quote accordingly and he agreed to purchase the paint, but he didn't haggle over the small details; instead, he reassured us that he would take care of everything, which he did. As a family with a young child, we hadn't been able to make any changes to our new home. Even fixing the fixtures ourselves would have taken us weeks. Thus, Rafael's ability to paint and attend to those details was invaluable to us and truly completed the project after months of neglect. The project took some time to schedule, but it was definitely worth the wait. Rafael had rescheduled with us in order to complete another job to the best of his abilities. Once the project was scheduled, he arrived promptly and took care of everything. My husband and I were both able to work from home without any difficulties while he worked. Rafael asked the right questions and ensured everything was correct, such as the height for the curtain rails and which light went where. He required very little guidance and worked diligently. We didn't need to do any preparation, and there were numerous holes and anchors in the walls from the previous owners, but Rafael expertly filled them in. Overall, we're extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend Summit Painting to anyone on North Shore.

Two projects within our home were accomplished excellently by Rafael. We were impressed with his prompt communication and fair pricing from the outset. Rafael, who assisted us at Summit, was exceptional. He applied skim coating over the present wall materials and popcorn ceiling to resurface the walls and ceiling of a bedroom. The room was then sanded and underwent a total makeover. Additionally, he demolished a wall, which revealed a century-old brick. This was an unexpected and delightful surprise. We highly recommend Rafael for his punctuality, professionalism, and diligence. He operates swiftly, providing fair rates. As per our requirements, we will most likely employ him again in the future.

Our new post and mailbox were installed excellently by him. The installation was fast, efficient and done correctly. His professionalism was evidenced by his courteous demeanor. We unreservedly recommend him as a great worker.
