We had hired movers well in advance for our move from California. However, on the day of the move, just an hour before, we received the news that their entire crew was struck by Covid. Fortunately, we were able to find Mike and his team. Without any delay, they came to our aid on the very same day. We could not have hoped for better support. Mike and his crew were outstanding. They swiftly unloaded and unpacked our 26’ truck, carrying everything up three flights of stairs. They turned what could have been a horrendous experience into a fantastic one. My experience with Mike and his crew was nothing short of amazing! He first came to my place to conduct a walkthrough which helped him determine the exact number of packing materials and boxes we needed. The next day, he delivered the materials, enabling us to start packing immediately. Unfortunately, we faced numerous challenges with the sale of our house, which forced us to repeatedly postpone the move date. However, Mike was extremely understanding and flexible, working with us to ensure that everything went smoothly. On the actual day of the move, his team arrived promptly and exceeded all expectations. They effortlessly disassembled beds, gym equipment, and other items before reassembling everything in the new house. Their positive attitudes and outstanding work ethic made for a seamless move. I cannot imagine having gone through this process without their help, and I am incredibly grateful for them. I highly recommend Summit Moving Co as the best movers to hire!
