After several recommendations, we hired Mr. Laurence, who has now completed two projects for us. Based on his quality work, we will continue to utilize his services for future needs. The first project he accomplished for us involved addressing a water leak that resulted from damage to the roof. He replaced sheet rock, expertly applied texture and paint, and made the area look as if it had never been damaged. For his second endeavor, he focused on repairing cracks in our ceilings, painting the doors, fixing a bowing wall inside a bathroom, and installing crown molding.
