Although I have a fondness for the individual, his lack of a license is in violation of GA state laws. He resorts to persuading homeowners to secure the permit, but that is not something I can condone.

Sullys was contracted to build a 20x8 foot deck. The estimate provided was highly detailed, surpassing other received quotations. Robert maintained clear communication about the start and duration of the project. The final result was precisely what we anticipated (the deck is sturdier than I initially imagined), and it was completed earlier than expected. I would undoubtedly enlist Sullys' services again. The wheelchair ramp was constructed and the rails and steps on the front porch were replaced promptly. The worker demonstrated diligence and proficiency and the outcome was commendable. I would undoubtedly enlist their services again in the future.
