Chef Kirk exceeded all of our expectations and made my mom's 70th birthday celebration unforgettable. I engaged Chef Kirk to cater a meal for my work team of 16 people and he did an exceptional job. With various other applicants vying for the role, I was impressed with Kirk's innovative menu ideas. He was consistently responsive, well-organized, punctual, courteous, and enjoyable to collaborate with. He arrived at the event early to ensure that everything was set up correctly and was the last person to depart to make sure the place remained in excellent condition. Not to mention, he brought an assistant who ensured that the event was managed smoothly and on schedule.
Kirk exceeded expectations with every dish. From the raw bar hors dourves and delightful charcuterie spread to the flawlessly grilled options like rib eye, lobster tails, and sliders, and the genuine Jamaican Jerk Chicken, he went above and beyond. He even accommodated the dietary needs of four vegetarians, who enjoyed a lovely meal themselves. To add an extra spark to the occasion, he also crafted a unique, delicious cocktail that kicked off the day splendidly.
I would definitely collaborate with Chef Kirk again and would recommend him to everyone!
