The technician performed excellently in clearing out my dryer vent and tidying up the aftermath. Despite having resided in the property for 26 years, this was my first time receiving the service, and the accumulation of lint was substantial. Moreover, a minute piece of PVC pipe surfaced, presumably left over from construction. The only drawback was the arrival delay of approximately an hour and fifteen minutes due to a previous job concern. It would have been preferable if he had notified me of the setback earlier, but he apologized upon arrival.
