The most dreadful encounter I have ever had! I spent $60 on Christmas cards, hoping to get them signed with "merry Christmas" inside. However, when it was time to dispatch the cards, I was asked to pay the remaining amount of $90. Even after paying the balance, I am yet to receive my cards. As Christmas is just around the corner, I am left with no cards to present to my loved ones. The payment was not an issue; instead, receiving the cards on time was, but the communication was terrible. I wish no one would hire her services, and I hope she realizes the consequences of ruining someone's holiday spirit!
