Not only does she concoct innovative concepts for the buffets, but she also manages our day-to-day operations and trains the staff for upcoming catering events. We never compromise on the quality of our customer service nor the range of menu selections we offer at Stuffed Catering. Chef Crystal truly embodies the title of Executive Chef, turning an incredibly challenging task into a stroll in the park.

During a stressful time, they made the process effortless for me. After suggesting a menu, we made a few minor adjustments, and they handled the rest. The event was flawless! Crystal was exceptional, as she not only arranged all the food platters and served drinks, but also showed me how to make a salami rose. It was such a carefree experience, as I didn't have to lift a finger.
