On Friday morning, I contacted Studio Floors to inform them of our urgent predicament. As new parents, we were in dire need of securing our staircase for the safety of our newborn. Within a few hours, Peter arrived and despite his staff being off duty the next day, he personally aided us. On Saturday, Peter delivered all of the necessary parts we had requested from the catalogue and expertly installed them. Our newel and handrail are now not only sturdy and secure, but also aesthetically pleasing. Peter's conduct was that of a true gentleman and his craftsmanship was reminiscent of a bygone era. The entire process was seamless and the final result was nothing short of exquisite. I would highly recommend Studio Floors.
