Having spent a decade in the industry, I started out at 270 pounds but have since slimmed down to a healthy weight of 190 with only 8% body fat. My areas of expertise include mass gaining, fat loss, toning, and HIIT training. I have won first place in three men's physique competitions and currently work with professional athletes, while simultaneously training to become a pro IFBB men's physique competitor myself.
My approach to training is relaxed yet purposeful, as there is a science behind the art of fitness. I insist that my clients leave their egos at the door and come with a clear vision of their fitness goals. When it comes to pushing them to their limits, I do not shy away from putting in the extra effort to achieve outstanding results. I am in the business of building warriors.

A couple months back, I got acquainted with Julian when I began preparing for my second bikini competition. We started working out together, being accountable to one another. Once the competition was over, he either had his own training plan or got one soon after. I chose to take a break, however Julian kept urging me to come back via calls and texts. Unfortunately, my own trainer never touched base with me to see if everything was alright or if I needed help. That's when I decided to try out Julian's training program. My fitness journey with Julian as my trainer has been excellent thus far. I used to find the gym intimidating since I lacked knowledge on where to begin to achieve my personal goals. However, thanks to Julian's discussions and meticulous planning, tailored to my aspirations, he encouraged me during workouts, taught me about the gym equipment, and aided me with my diet.
