I take pride in assisting families in familiarizing themselves with their prospective new homes. By providing insights into the home’s character and maintenance needs, I aim to provide valuable information to the buyers.
We also offer additional inspection services, such as free follow-ups on inspection items that the home seller agrees to fix, traversing or drone inspections for all roofs (excluding condos or townhomes in FAA no-fly zones), and tagging water and gas shut-offs, as well as guiding you through furnace filter changes. You are welcome to join us during the inspection, ask questions, and learn more about the property. You can expect to receive your inspection report in digital format promptly the morning after the inspection, even on holidays.
