I specialize in toning, conditioning, and weight reduction. Apart from the conventional fitness techniques, I have over two decades of experience in mindful workouts that incorporate stretching, yoga, and meditation, ideal for relaxation and tension release. Are you new to exercising or struggling with injuries or back pain? I am a seasoned professional who will take good care of you and help you achieve your desired fitness level.
Once we ascertain your abilities, we can record the sessions and supplement our one-on-one practice. This will let you exercise more frequently with me and save money simultaneously! I am certified as an Exercise Physiologist: ACSM, Personal Trainer: ACE, 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and a Meditation Coach.

For over 18 months, I've been a dedicated attendee of SLK's workout classes, and I have no intention of stopping.
