Working with Javier was an incredible experience. Despite the Home Depot's terrible installation, he did his best to fix it. However, due to the extent of the damage, it seems probable that a complete window installation will be required. It's important to note that he was originally hired for painting, not window installation. Nevertheless, Javier went above and beyond the call of duty by contacting the Home Depot on my behalf to report all the issues with their work. It's too soon to say for sure, but with Javier's assistance, I may be able to get my money back or have the installation redone. Once again, thank you for your exceptional service!

Javier is an all-around amazing individual. When I found myself in a bind this morning, desperately in need of an extra hand to help with painting my new home, I knew I could count on him. Though my husband and I initially believed we could handle the task ourselves, it quickly became clear we had made a mistake.
