I am extremely satisfied with my granite countertops! Mr. Jackson's expertise in the field truly showed as he provided some excellent recommendations which turned out beautifully. Despite having numerous questions, he promptly responded to each one and provided fantastic customer service. Additionally, the price was fantastic. I definitely plan on utilizing his services again in the future!

Kevin was hired by us to install granite countertops in our kitchen. During our initial meeting, Kevin suggested using the excess granite to also do our bathrooms as we were paying for the granite by the slab. The process of selecting the granite was a bit perplexing as there were no prices provided and limited guidance beyond "choose what you like." Despite this, I ended up selecting a slightly pricier granite option and am extremely satisfied with my choice. The installation process was quick and efficient.

POSITIVES: Kevin is an exemplary professional who deeply values his clients and takes pride in his work. The installation crew, led by Jackson, arrived punctually and executed the job rapidly. My countertops are stunning and exceeded all expectations. NEGATIVES: Although Kevin himself is highly skilled and dedicated, his partnerships with third-party installers have sometimes yielded subpar results. Specifically, Jackson's team neglected to inform me that my dishwasher required an updated bracket post-installation, resulting in a hazardous and startling mishap. RECOMMENDATIONS: If you are a woman seeking installation services, it may be advisable to scrutinize the work of the installers, supervise their activity, and consider enlisting the assistance of a male acquaintance. Additionally, should you opt for backsplash, do not retain the services of a certain Michael/Mike. POSITIVE CLOSURE: Despite some setbacks, Kevin proved himself to be an honest, accountable, and conscientious contractor. He courteously addressed all of my post-installation concerns and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Without reservation, I highly recommend him for your countertop needs.

Working with Kevin and his team at Stonewall was an excellent experience. The kitchen and bathroom countertops they installed were superbly crafted, highlighting their attention to detail and professionalism. As a result, I plan to use their services again when I complete my basement renovation.
